To begin planning your day, follow the below instructions:

  1. Check out the full line-up below, making sure to focus on your chosen session, Morning or Afternoon.
  2. When you see the class or talk of your choice, click the check box to confirm attendance. 
  3. All ticket types can book unlimited talks for their session. If you have purchased a No Workout Ticket, you’ll only be able to book onto talks, not classes. If you have purchased a Single Class Ticket, you’ll be able to book onto one workout class. If you have purchased a Double Class Ticket, you’ll be able to book onto two workout classes. If you have purchased a VIP Ticket, you’ll be able to book onto unlimited workout classes.
  4. You’re ready to sweat! Don’t worry if you change your mind, you can login and change your schedule at any time. To review your schedule click on your profile icon at the top right of the browser and click ’My Account’.
  5. If you’ve booked a ticket for a friend and supplied their email address during the booking process, they will need to log in and create their own schedule.

There will be an opportunity to put your name down on the wait list for additional workouts on the day, if you have a Single Class Ticket or a Double Class Ticket. These will cost £5.
